Processing Time
Every piece is made with care and prepared to order. Most orders are ready within 2–3 business days. For larger, more detailed, or fully custom designs, production may take a bit longer depending on the design, size, and materials used.

Shipping & Delivery
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location and carrier routing.

Estimated Delivery Time
Most orders arrive within 7–10 business days from the date the order is placed. Please note that more complex custom pieces may require additional production time.

Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email or SMS so you can follow its delivery status.

In-Store Pickup
Free in-store pickup is available at our Broward Mall location:
8000 West Broward Boulevard, Plantation, FL 33388
We will notify you as soon as your order is ready for pickup.

Delivery Issues
While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect addresses provided at checkout, or other circumstances outside our control. Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Shipping Fees
Shipping is free for all U.S. orders. Shipping charges are non-refundable for returned or refused shipments.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
