Refund policy

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products under the conditions below:

Defective or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at info@cyprinellc.com with:
• Photos of the product
• Photos of the packaging
• Your order number

A free replacement or refund will be issued.
Return shipping cost for defective items is free.

Non-defective items
We accept returns of unused, new-condition items within 30 days of delivery.
Return shipping cost for non-defective items is paid by the customer.
A refund will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Restocking fees
No restocking fee.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted for items in new condition.
